By accessing or using our services, including any dashboards, forms, or reports provided by Archade Reporting & Analytics LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.
2. Age Restriction
Our services are intended only for individuals 16 years of age or older. By using the site or submitting information, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old. Users under 16 are not permitted to access or use our services under any circumstances.
3. Services Provided
We offer monthly subscription-based analytics services that visualize video game performance data. This includes individual and team-based dashboards, statistical summaries, trend tracking, and highlight-ready visuals. We do not provide coaching, gameplay advice, or performance guarantees.
4. User Content and Data
You are responsible for the accuracy of any data submitted through our forms. By submitting information (e.g., gamertag, game data), you grant us permission to use it solely to generate personalized dashboards.
We are not responsible for inaccuracies in dashboards caused by incorrect or incomplete data provided by you.
5. Intellectual Property
All dashboard templates, branding, graphics, and proprietary formats are the property of Archade Reporting & Analytics LLC. You may share your dashboards for personal, non-commercial use only. Unauthorized resale or reproduction is prohibited.
6. Payment, Auto-Renewal & Refunds
Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle unless canceled prior to the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until canceled.
First-time users may redeem a free month using the promo code “ArchMeUp.” No refunds are issued once a billing cycle begins. For billing issues, contact billing@archadereporting.com.
7. Cancellation & Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account portal or by contacting us at support@archadereporting.com.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in unlawful activity using our services.
8. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to harassment, cheating, exploiting bugs, or violating the terms of service of any third-party game or platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Archade Reporting & Analytics LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid during your last billing cycle.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of major changes via email or through the website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to mediation or binding arbitration in Multnomah County, Oregon, unless both parties agree otherwise.
