Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our dashboards and insights. Because our services are digital and customized, we offer limited refunds under the following terms:

  • You may request a refund within 3 days of purchase, if:

    • You did not receive the dashboard or report as promised

    • There was a technical issue on our side we could not resolve

  • No refunds are issued for:

    • Services already delivered (e.g., a completed dashboard)

    • Custom or team-based reports after delivery

    • Renewals not canceled before the billing date
